White chocolate cups are a delicious dessert suitable for special occasions: here’s how to prepare them in just a few steps.

The white chocolate cupsthey are a dessert as simple as it is enjoyable to be made at any time of the year but which, brought to the table for Christmas or New Year, gives the greatest satisfaction. Appropriately decorated, they become an elegant and creamy dessert in which to sink the spoon, taste after taste. The white chocolate cups have a soft and pleasant texture on the palate and a strong flavor of this type of chocolate which, as we all know, is sweeter than the others. Once the white chocolate cream has been inserted into the cups, you can decorate them as desired with whipped cream, with biscuit crumbs, with chopped nougat or dried fruit in grains. Do you want to try your hand? Find out how the recipe for this dessert does not require any particular skill.

 

Preparation White chocolate cups

  1. Melt the white chocolate with the milk and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ricotta with the mascarpone and sugar and knead until a smooth cream is obtained.
  3. Then add the white chocolate and mix well.
  4. Cut the wafers into pieces, crumbling them coarsely with your hands, and assemble the cups creating a first layer of wafer, one of cream and continuing to alternate everything.

Finish with the cream, then decorate with pieces of wafer and silver sprinkles. Keep the dessert in the fridge until ready to bring it to the table.
