  • 400 gr tuna in oil
  • 6 desalted anchovy fillets
  • 100 gr butter
  • 50 gr pickled anchovies
  • 50 gr pickled gherkins
  • 125 gr mushrooms in oil
  • 125 gr artichokes in oil
  • 400 gr mixed boiled vegetables (carrots, green beans, peas, asparagus tips)
  • 3 hard -boiled eggs
  • 200 gr mayonnaise
  • 30 gr desalted capers
  • herbs
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. With a food processor I roughly blend the tuna, anchovies, capers, butter and herbs.
  2. I pass the smoothie into a bowl, incorporate all the other ingredients including the eggs cut into slices, keeping aside some mushrooms and artichokes and a few slices of egg for decoration.
  3. I wash a non-stick mold with cold water, put the mixture in it and close the mold with kitchen cling film.
  4. I leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
