TUNA CARPACCIO WITH SPUMONI
For the dish to be excellent, you prefer fresh tuna.
- 500 gr. fresh tuna
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 orange (the juice of an orange)
- 1 lemon (the juice of one lemon)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Cut the tuna into thin slices, possibly with a slicer and marinate in the citrus juice, adding the oil and a few mint leaves.
- Before serving a few drops of lemon and a drizzle of oil, place the spumoni in the center.
