TUNA CARPACCIO WITH SPUMONI

For the dish to be excellent, you prefer fresh tuna.

INGREDIANTS

  • 500 gr. fresh tuna
  • bunch of mint
  • 1 orange (the juice of an orange)
  • 1 lemon (the juice of one lemon)
  • tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the tuna into thin slices, possibly with a slicer and marinate in the citrus juice, adding the oil and a few mint leaves.
  2. Before serving a few drops of lemon and a drizzle of oil, place the spumoni in the center.
