SOUR FENNEL SALAD
Pleasant as an appetizer or side dish with white meats.
- 2 fennel
- 1 fresh spring onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- The fennel is washed and cut into wedges.
- They are boiled in water or, if you like, steamed.
- They are cut into cubes and put to macerate for 1/2 or more in the lemon juice.
- When serving, add the onion cut into thin slices, the quantity depends on personal tastes.
- It is seasoned again with salt and pepper and finally with oil.
- It is mixed and served.
