I served the boys with these rolls accompanied by slices of focaccia with rosemary. Grease the ham and cut it into cubes. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each slice of provolone and roll it up, stop it with a chive stem closed by a knot and serve.

INGREDIANTS

  • 12 slices of smoked provolone
  • 300 g jocca cheese
  • 100 g Prague ham
  • bunch of rocket
  • to taste chives powder
  • 12 fresh chives stems
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • tsp white wine vinegar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Degrease the ham and cut it into cubes. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each slice of provolone and roll it up, stop it with a chive stem closed by a knot and serve.

  3. Drain the Jocca and mix it in a bowl with the oil, vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper
  4. Add the cooked ham, rocket and a teaspoon of chives powder to the mixture.
  5. Put two tablespoons of the mixture on each slice of provolone and roll it up
  6. Stop the provolone with a chive stem closed by a knot and serve.
