good as an aperitif or a summer main course

INGREDIANTS

  • 400 gr shrimp
  • 200 gr unsalted bacon
  • 12 boiled chestnuts
  • ginger
  • 1 small onion

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the shrimp.
  2. Chop the shrimps in a blender adding salt, pepper, chestnuts, bacon, onion, and half a glass of water to the mixture, knead until well blended.
  3. Shape into balls and fry them in hot oil, remove and put in absorbent paper. Serve with salad.
