good as an aperitif or a summer main course
- 400 gr shrimp
- 200 gr unsalted bacon
- 12 boiled chestnuts
- 1 small onion
- Boil the shrimp.
- Chop the shrimps in a blender adding salt, pepper, chestnuts, bacon, onion, and half a glass of water to the mixture, knead until well blended.
- Shape into balls and fry them in hot oil, remove and put in absorbent paper. Serve with salad.
