Ingredients for home sandwich recipe:
- 8 medium-sized eggs, in boiled form
- 16 slices of bread
- 8 teaspoons of the oil for the stuffing inside
- 4 teaspoons of butter for smearing on the bread
- And 4 large onions, properly and thinly chopped
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced properly
- 2 teaspoon of cumin, roasted
- 4 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of the garam masala
- Half teaspoon of black pepper in powdered form
- 1 teaspoon of the red chili in powdered form
- 1 teaspoon of any dry herb you prefer
- 1/2 cup of the carrots, chopped
- And 1/2 cup of onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of the cucumber, cut
- Lemon juice as you desired
Directions for the procedure:
- So, First of all, take a pot and boil the water in it. After that put the eggs in the water to boil. Then boil the eggs for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- When the eggs are boiled, transfer the eggs from the hot water to the sink and place them under the running tap of the cold water so that all the heat is removed.
- Remove the shell covering from the surface of the egg and then cut each egg into about 3 to 4 slices.
- Now it’s time to trim the edges of the bread slices and then smear the bread slices from one side of each slice by the butter on the pan.
- Then, Take a pan and heat the oil in it. Then add the garlic and cumin into the pan and fry to cook. When the garlic has turned golden, put the onions into the pan and season it with salt and cook them.
- So, now add the red chili powder, herbs, turmeric, and Garam masala. So, Continuously stir the mixture and mix it well.
- When the mixture is ready, pour it into a plate or put it in one corner of the pan.
- Then, Fry the toasts on the pan and repeat for all other bread slices.
- So, Prepare the vegetables by chopping them finely, thinly and properly.
- Now make the sandwiches by stuffing the material in between the two slices of each sandwich.
