These canapes are ideal for refreshments, appetizers, aperitifs, etc.

INGREDIANTS

  • 500 gr fresh salmon , barbed and without skin
  • 100 gr spring onions
  • 100 gr chives
  • 1 lemon juice only
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1’0 drops tabasco
  • dill

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop the salmon, chives and shallots with a knife.
  2. Season everything with the lemon juice and a drizzle of oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Leave to flavor for at least half an hour in a cool place.
  4. Arrange on croutons, decorate with dill sprigs.
