PUFF PASTRY TORTANO

INGREDIANTS

  • 1 rectangular puff pastry pack
  • 2 hard -boiled eggs
  • 100 salami
  • greaves
  • grated pecorino
  • black pepper powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Unroll the puff pastry and prick it with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle it with hard-boiled eggs, salami and cracklings cut into small pieces.
  3. Add plenty of grated pecorino and pepper to taste.
  4. Carefully roll the tortano, taking care to turn it several times with a helical movement. Join the two ends to form a donut that you will place in a round pan covered with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and cook for about 20 minutes until it has a nice golden color.
  6. Serve cold, cut into slices a couple of centimeters thick.
