Offering homemade pretzels at the time of the aperitif is something so simple and delicious at the same time, that if you try it you will never stop.

INGREDIANTS

  • pack of fresh round puff pastry
  • Sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the puff pastry circle into 2cm wide strips with a sharp knife.
  2. Shorten the strips to obtain rectangles of approximately 2 x 6 centimeters.
  3. Put the sesame seeds in a flat plate and press the strips of puff pastry on them, both on one side and on the other: press well to make the seeds adhere over the entire surface.
  4. Roll the dough on itself forming small rolls and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  5. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 10 minutes: as soon as they are golden, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving dish.
  6. Serve hot and fresh from the oven.
