For the tomato sauce, blanch some ripe tomatoes and pass it through a vegetable mill. Or use the sauce ready in the bottle. The glasses of brandy are the small liqueur glasses. BEWARE OF THE FLAME THAT CAUSES THE BRANDY WHEN YOU PUT IT IN THE PAN. I put HIGH as the cost of the recipe because, as I know, fresh prawns cost!

INGREDIANTS

  • kg king prawns
  • bunch parsley
  • 300 gr tomato puree
  • cloves of garlic
  • brandy glasses
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash and dry the prawns.
  2. In a saucepan or large pan, sauté the crushed garlic and the chopped parsley in a little oil.
  3. Add the prawns by letting them brown over high heat, stirring often. Add a little salt and pepper and very little paprika and sprinkle everything with brandy. Pay attention to the flame that will rise in the prawns .. let it extinguish by itself and add the tomato.
  4. Mix well and cook over low heat for a few minutes. Serve hot.
