It is a very fresh appetizer, suitable for a fish-based dinner. By increasing the doses, it is a complete dish.

INGREDIANTS

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 400 gr prawns
  • sprig of chives
  • salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash the prawns, steam them for 10 minutes and then remove the shell.
  2. Peel the avocado and cut it into not too small cubes (2/3 cm).
  3. Place the avocado, prawns and chopped chives in a serving bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and the emulsion of oil and lemon juice that you get by beating these ingredients quickly with a fork.
