The pancakes with apples are soft and aromatic variant of the classic pancake. Here the dough involves the use of fresh cream in place of oil or butter, together with grated rennet apple pulp , flour, eggs and sugar. A pinch of cinnamon , finally, to make fragrant and festive result. It takes very little time to prepare apple pancakes and you can serve them both for breakfast and as a snack on cold autumn or winter days. Discover now this delicious recipe within everyone’s reach.

Preparation Apple and cinnamon pancake

    1. Collect the egg and cream in a bowl, then mix them.

    1. Also add the sugar and mix just enough time to dissolve it.

    1. Peel the apple and grate it, collecting the pulp directly in the mixture.

    1. Now add the flour, baking powder and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

    1. Blend the mixture briefly and cook it, a spoon at a time, using a pan for the pancakes: when they start to bubble on the surface, turn them to brown them on the other side as well.

Serve the pancakes piping hot accompanied with maple syrup and cinnamon.
