  • 3 sweet oranges
  • handful large capers from Pantelleria
  • extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel the oranges and cut them into thin slices, dividing each slice into two half moons. Put them in a salad bowl, rinse the capers, mix and season with a little oil. Serve immediately.
