Natural winemakers with Birra del Borgo, in Rome on 26 and 27 January

In Rome on 26 and 27 January there is Vignaioli Naturali, an event dedicated to the world of natural wines, in which Birra del Borgo will also participate with a new project.

At the Westin Excelsior Rome in via Veneto,Over 80 producers for the event dedicated to the world of natural wineson January 26th and 27th, the ten candles of Vignaioli Naturali will go out , the Roman event organized by Tiziana Gallo and dedicated to the world of natural wines and the encounter between vignerons and the public to tell the story of the cellars and territories. For this tenth birthday there will be over 80 producers from all over Italy , together with some colleagues  from Catalonia who will offer the public some of their productions. As every year, interesting news will be presented on this occasion as regards the processes, from indigenous yeasts to native vines, from craftsmanship to spontaneous fermentations.


Birra del Borgo will also be showing its results on the latter theme , presenting its new Collerosso project , dedicated to experimentation and spontaneous fermentation . Made in the place where Birra del Borgo was born in 2005, Collerosso will offer a unique and characterful beer, the Round Overnight  (in three vintages), born without certain times, whose production phases – from cooking to aging in cask and the final blend – they remained committed to nature and time, with no added yeast.


As before, Vignaioli Naturali has decided once again this year to contribute to the initiative to support the literacy of mothers in the village of Pire (Senegal) and the schooling of children in Mont-Ngafula , Kinshasa (DRC) with the carrying bag. – chalice made by African artisans (Ivory Coast and Democratic Republic of Congo), made available to visitors who want to join the initiative.
