  • 650 gr black olives with stone
  • 150 gr spring onions
  • clove garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • vinegar
  • Origan
  • paprika
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. After washing the olives in cold water, dry them and put them in a salad bowl.
  2. Add the cleaned, washed and thinly sliced ​​onions.
  3. Season with oil, vinegar, paprika and salt to taste. Top with the minced garlic and oregano.
  4. Mix well and leave to macerate for at least an hour in the fridge covered with foil paper.
  5. To serve.
