You are in the right place, this recipe is also perfect as a dish to offer during a homemade aperitif. Spectacular, fresh, fragrant and tasty, try to follow the instructions to make these delicious lemons stuffed with tuna and capers. It is worth it, for the eyes and for the palate!

INGREDIANTS

  • 2 large lemons
  • 150 gr tuna in oil
  • handful capers
  • handful of green olives in brine
  • clove garlic
  • 1 lemon (juice only)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • parsley
  • capers for garnish
  • pepper
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the lemons into two parts, so as to have four caps and empty them carefully.
  2. Chop the tuna with capers, olives and garlic in a blender and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Add the oil with the lemon juice and fill the caps.
  4. Garnish with parsley leaves and some capers.
