Ingredients:

For the Mustard-Honey dressing

  • ½ cup of the plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1 cup of the yellow mustard
  • 1 cup of the honey
  • 5 tablespoons of the lemon juice

  • 8 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1 teaspoon of the sea salt
  • Half teaspoon of the black pepper, grinded

  • 2 tablespoon of the olive oil
  • 2 pounds of the cherry tomatoes, whole form
  • 4 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced

  • 15 cups of the baby greens, mixed
