Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized eggs, boiled

Directions for the procedure:

  1. First of all, take a pot with boiling water and put the eggs in it. Then boil the eggs for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. When the eggs get boiled, remove the eggs from the hot water and place them under the running tap of the cold water.
  3. So, now remove the shells from the eggs and cut each egg into about 3 to 4 slices.
  4. Now you have to trim the edges of the bread slices and then with the help of the butter or the oil, smear the bread slices on one side.
  5. Take a pan and heat the oil in it. Then add the garlic and cumin into the pan and saute them by frying. When the garlic is pinkish brown, add the onions into the pan along with the salt and cook them.
  6. So, it’s time to add the spices. Then, add the red chili powder, dried herb, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook the whole mixture well with occasional stirring.
  7. Once the mixture is ready, transfer it into another plate or slide it to the one side of the pan.
  8. Then, fry the toasts on the pan and do the same with all other bread slices (Make sure the vegetables are chopped finely and thinly).
  9. While keeping the toasts on the pan spread the cooked onion mixture on the toast followed by the eggs, then again onions and after that the final layer of the vegetables on the slices.
  10. Move the stuffed slices off the stove and then place another slice of the bread on the prepared slice and gently press it.
