I took up my fish recipes thinking: since Christmas is approaching, do you want to see that someone needs some tasty recipe (fish, of course) to make a good impression with friends and relatives?

INGREDIANTS

  • 8 scallops
  • 250 gr spinach
  • 150 gr cleaned cuttlefish
  • 150 gr liquid cream
  • 2 shallots
  • bread crumbs
  • white wine
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • butter
  • paprika
  • pepper
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Clean and boil the spinach.
  2. Open the scallops raw, clean them, wash them and drain them, keeping the concave part of the empty shell.
  3. Withered 2 shallots in rounds in a veil of oil with the cuttlefish in strips; add salt, pepper, blend with half a glass of wine, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the shredded scallops and turn off after 1 minute.
  5. Separate the molluscs from the sauce which will be reduced over high heat, with paprika and cream.
  6. Add the chopped spinach, the shellfish, then distribute the mixture in the shells.
  7. Cover them with flakes of butter, breadcrumbs and grill until golden brown.
