For this preparation we need cylindrical courgettes of at least 5/6 centimeters in diameter, or even better we can use the round green ones as big as an apple. They can be served cold or warm as an appetizer or side dish with grilled fish

  • zucchini
  • tuna sauce
  • boiled shrimp tails
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. If we use the cylindrical zucchini, after having washed them well, with the potato peeler we remove some strips of skin in the vertical sense as if to make a pedestrian crossing. We cut them into 7/8 cm long pieces and empty them into glasses, the same procedure if we use the round ones, to which we will remove the cap.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil and leave the glasses there until they are cooked al dente.
  3. We drain them, let them cool and then fill them with tuna sauce, where we will drown shrimp tails.
