Recipe of Orsagiuliva …. a real attack on our liver. But allow me: once in a while it is so nice to be… greedy masochist !!!


  • onions 1 per person
  • 200 gr flour
  • tsp paprika
  • tsp cumin
  • 1/2 glass of beer
  • frying oil


  1. Cut your onions into rounds and pass them in the batter, previously prepared by mixing the various ingredients with the beer (it must be quite thick).
  2. Then fry in boiling oil and serve very hot after drying them in absorbent paper.
  3. You can accompany them with a spicy sauce prepared with 1 fresh spicy (green) chilli pepper, a beautiful ripe and fragrant tomato, a little onion, coriander if you like, oil, salt and pepper and the juice of half a lemon (all passed for a moment with the blender or blender) Enjoy your meal!
