FRIED BORAGE TWIGS
It is a delicious dish, it can be used in a buffet, as an appetizer or as a side dish.
- borage flowers
- 2 egg
- cold beer
- frying oil
- Collect the flowering tops leaving some stem. Wash and dry them carefully.
- Prepare a batter by pouring some flour into a bowl, adding the eggs, beer and a little salt. Mix everything until you get a soft dough.
- Quickly dip the flowers into the batter and fry in plenty of boiling oil.
