INGREDIANTS

  • borage flowers
  • Flour
  • 2 egg
  • cold beer
  • salt
  • frying oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Collect the flowering tops leaving some stem. Wash and dry them carefully.
  2. Prepare a batter by pouring some flour into a bowl, adding the eggs, beer and a little salt. Mix everything until you get a soft dough.
  3. Quickly dip the flowers into the batter and fry in plenty of boiling oil.
