INGREDIANTS

  • kg of fresh anchovies
  • Flour
  • salt
  • peanut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Clean the anchovies by removing the entrails but keeping the head and tail.
  2. Rinse them, dry them well and pass them in the flour.
  3. Fry the anchovies in abundant boiling oil until golden.
  4. Drain them on absorbent paper, salt them and serve immediately.
