Very rustic dish… very good !!!

INGREDIANTS

  • 4 egg
  • large slices of salami (fresh if possible)
  • 2 onions
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Thinly slice the onions and fry them in a pan with a little oil, without letting them brown.
  2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, incorporate the crumbled salami.
  3. Pour the eggs into the pan with the onions, stirring over a low heat until they have congealed (they must remain soft).
