Very rustic dish… very good !!!
- 4 egg
- 4 large slices of salami (fresh if possible)
- 2 onions
- extra virgin olive oil
- Thinly slice the onions and fry them in a pan with a little oil, without letting them brown.
- Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, incorporate the crumbled salami.
- Pour the eggs into the pan with the onions, stirring over a low heat until they have congealed (they must remain soft).
