INGREDIANTS

  • 1 hard- boiled egg
  • tablespoons ricotta
  • tsp rice boiled in milk
  • tablespoon parmesan
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut a hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise, carefully separate the two half yolks, sieve the yolks and sieve the ricotta too. Keep the egg whites aside.
  2. Mix the egg yolk and ricotta well in a bowl, adding the teaspoon of well cooked rice in the rice with the parmesan and salt.
  3. When the mixture is well blended, fill the firm egg whites I had kept aside.
