FOAMY HARD-BOILED EGGS
From two years old
- 1 hard- boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons ricotta
- 1 tsp rice boiled in milk
- 1 tablespoon parmesan
- Cut a hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise, carefully separate the two half yolks, sieve the yolks and sieve the ricotta too. Keep the egg whites aside.
- Mix the egg yolk and ricotta well in a bowl, adding the teaspoon of well cooked rice in the rice with the parmesan and salt.
- When the mixture is well blended, fill the firm egg whites I had kept aside.
