Recipe of Orsagiuliva. Delicious antipastello, or delicious apetizer that I recommend when you have a bit of seafood left over that alone would not be enough for much.
- loaf bread or baguette
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 glass of white wine
- 1 chili
- sauté the seafood after having previously browned (and removed) the garlic and chilli.
- Add the bread crumbs (which you will have cut into pieces large enough, horizontally, to make similar boats) previously made into small pieces that you have wet with white wine, then the chopped parsley.
- Distribute the seafood mixture on your boats and bake for about 10/15 minutes at about 200 ° …. good appetite!
