Here is one of my favorite recipes: so simple, but also so good! It is a must to make the pan shoe.

INGREDIANTS

  • chicken or turkey steaks
  • 1 lemon
  • tablespoons flour
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • glass of warm water
  • salt
  • pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Flour the steaks well on both sides and fry them in a non-stick pan with a little oil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, squeeze over the lemon and cook.
  3. When almost cooked, add the flour to the steaks, pour the water over them and leave to withdraw, taking care to turn the scallops.
  4. Serve hot.
