ESCALOPES WITH LEMON
Here is one of my favorite recipes: so simple, but also so good! It is a must to make the pan shoe.
- 4 chicken or turkey steaks
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons flour
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 glass of warm water
- Flour the steaks well on both sides and fry them in a non-stick pan with a little oil.
- Season with salt and pepper, squeeze over the lemon and cook.
- When almost cooked, add the flour to the steaks, pour the water over them and leave to withdraw, taking care to turn the scallops.
- Serve hot.
