Ein prosit 2019: in Udine for Friulian excellences

Ein prosit 2019 is the event dedicated to the food and wine excellences of the region and of the whole peninsula, full of events and experts in the sector.

The program of Ein prosit 2019 is rich . The showcase of the excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia , which this year leaves Malborghetto, opens with a two-day preview in Tarvisio (22 and 23 October), and then continues with market exhibitions, tastings, meetings, presentations, dinners and round tables in the heart of Udine . At the center of the event is the Exhibition-tasting (Saturday 26 and Sunday 27), during which it will be possible to taste the best of the production of over 200 companies from different regions of Italy, with a dense representation of the hosts, and by of Europe. Wines and gastronomic productsthat tell the territory and the passion of those who live and cultivate that territory to obtain a food that is excellence. Interesting is the MADE section (Malga and Alm Desired Experience) completely dedicated to the productions of the huts of Friuli Venezia Giulia and free admission.

We then continue with the Itineraries of Taste : an opportunity to taste Italian cuisine at its highest levels thanks to the encounter between the best products of the Peninsula and the wines of Friuli Venezia Giulia , curated by chefs of the caliber of Emanuele Scarello, Antonia Klugmann, Enrico Chicco Cerea or Philippe Léveillé (these are some of the chefs who participated in the previous edition: this year’s names are still very secret). Many appointments and industry experts for an experience not to be missedGuided tastings are available upon reservation and for a fee : an important moment for all wine lovers who have the opportunity to taste the best of national and international enology, accompanied step by step by experts in the sector . An authentic journey through history, in taste, in the nuances of the scent of wine. Very varied is also the proposal of the Flavors Laboratories (always by reservation) which allows you to pass in a roundup guided by the words of Renato Grando, Alfonso Isinielli or Bernardo Pasquali, among others, from extra virgin olive oil to aubergine parmigiana; from blue cheeses to mushrooms; from Friulian trout to zero kilometer brovada or cocoa. Finally, the most intimate of Ein prosit’s appointments: Welcome home the starred cuisine in the home kitchen . A great guest chef in private homes, with a themed menu and the desire to cook in a family atmosphere.
