A simple recipe. Inspired by the great chefs, I reworked the recipe for eggs with caviar. Try it for an aperitif or a quick lunch, completing the dish with a mixed salad.

INGREDIANTS

  • 4 egg
  • caviar
  • chives
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil a pot of salted water.
  2. As soon as the water boils, break the egg inside.
  3. Let it boil for a couple of minutes and drain with a slotted spoon.
  4. Place the egg in the center of the plate and garnish with caviar, a drizzle of raw olive oil, butter curls and chives.
