EASTER NEST

My idea is to place it in the center of the table in order to garnish the table and then be eaten by diners as an appetizer.

INGREDIANTS

  • 500 gr flour
  • 25 gr brewer’s yeast
  • pinch of salt
  • tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 boiled and mashed potato
  • 200 ml milk
  • 8 hard -boiled eggs
  • mixed cold cuts or vegetables to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. With these ingredients form a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Roll out the dough, stuff it with mixed cold cuts and roll it up.
  3. Place it in an oiled donut mold, make four holes and insert 4 hard-boiled eggs with shell.
  4. Let it rise for three hours and bake at 200 °.
  5. Once cooked, brush it with extra virgin olive oil to make it shiny.
  6. Place the 4 leftover and decorated hard-boiled eggs in the center of the nest.
