  • 200 gr dogfish in thin slices
  • slice of diced pineapple
  • 2 diced boiled potatoes
  • peeled shrimp
  • olive oil
  • parsley
  • salt
  • stencils

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grease the molds with a little oil, and line them with slices of dogfish. Add some diced potatoes, shrimps, salt, parsley, pineapple and a little oil.
  2. Close the molds by folding the slices of dogfish. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
