DOGFISH AND PINEAPPLE MOLDS
- 200 gr dogfish in thin slices
- 1 slice of diced pineapple
- 2 diced boiled potatoes
- peeled shrimp
- olive oil
- Grease the molds with a little oil, and line them with slices of dogfish. Add some diced potatoes, shrimps, salt, parsley, pineapple and a little oil.
- Close the molds by folding the slices of dogfish. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
