Do not miss: BereRosa 2018 in Rome

Seventh edition for BereRosa in Rome: on July 3 at Palazzo Brancaccio there will be wineries from North to South to celebrate Italian rosé wines.

The Italian rosé wines in the background of the salons and gardens of Palazzo Brancaccio. Tomorrow 3 July , in Rome, Bererosa returns , the event dedicated to still and sparkling rosé wines by Cucina & Vini. Edition number seven, as every year Bererosa compares the productions of all the Italian territories in one place, to tailor the products to an audience of consumers that is proving to be ever younger.


Among the wineries present , there will also be the Abruzzese I Fauri, Marramiero, Zaccagnini. For Alto Adige Kettmeir and Muri Gries, for Calabria Librandi, for Campania Marisa Cuomo, San Salvatore 1988. Lazio fielded Muscari Tomajoli,there are many interesting wineries from north to southCascina Reserve, Heritage Vineyards, Raimondo Wines. Liguria will be present with Lunae Bosoni, while Lombardy Guido Berlucchi, Cà Maiol, Calatroni, Cola Battista, Ferghettina, Fratelli Berlucchi, Le Marchesine, Uberti. For the Marche Marconi Vini and Velenosi Vini. For Piedmont Batasiolo, while for Puglia Apollonio, Cantine San Marzano, Cantine Spelonga, D’Alfonso del Sordo, d’Araprì, Garofano Vineyards and Cellars, Producers Wines Manduria, Rivera, Torrevento, Varvaglione Vigne & Vini, Vetrère. For Tuscany Cecchi and Il Borro, while Trentino will bring Istituto Trento Doc, Altemasi – Cavit Cantina Roverè della Luna Aichholz, Cantine Ferrari, Cantine Monfort, Cembra Cantina di Montagna, Cesarini Sforza Spumanti, Endrizzi, Letrari, Maso Martis, Maso Nero – Zeni Moser, Pedrotti Spumanti, Pisoni F.lli, Revì, Rotari, San Michael, Winegrowers in Avio. Umbria will go with Feudi Spada, while Veneto with Andreola, Astoria, Le Manzane, Bortolomiol and Masottina.


As in the other editions, alongside the labels there will be a gastronomic proposal, to be combined with the numerous rosé wines for tasting, thanks to four street food stations . Il Maritozzo Rosso , by Edoardo Fraioli will propose various versions of the Roman Maritozzo, all in a gourmet key; Meglio Fresco Pescheria , by Arturo & Mary, a couple in life and work, will be present with their raw selections, including oysters, and a wide choice of cooked dishes. Then there will be Meraviglie in Pasta , the Zagarolo fresh pasta laboratory, which will offer its creations in the fried version. Pasta omelettes and ravioli, all wrapped in a crispy breading and fried at the moment. Sandro Tomei Gastronomic selections , pizza with mortadella, hot dogs, cold cuts and cheeses. This is the excellent proposal of savory goodness all selected by Sandro Tomei.
