You can serve it either as an appetizer or as a fresh main course in the summer .. it is quick and easy to prepare and above all light to eat.

INGREDIANTS

  • 500 gr cuttlefish
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil some water with a little salt. Clean the cuttlefish and boil them. Drain and let them cool slowly.
  2. Season with oil, salt, pepper, a little squeezed lemon and a handful of finely chopped parsley.
  3. Turn well and let it flavor for a couple of hours before serving.
