Cups of panettone with cream: delicious


Panettone with cream cups are clever spoon desserts, perfect to serve during the holidays: here are the ingredients and procedure.

The cups of cake with cream make up an original idea for a Christmas dessert or a clever recipe for recycle leftover panettone (as in this case, or even Pandora). Simple, fast, greedy and scenographic, the panettone with cream cups are super versatile, lending themselves to be stuffed and enriched with a long series of ingredients. Instead of cream, for example, you can use mascarpone cream or pastry. Instead of pomegranate and oranges, strawberries or berries. If you are planning to organize a lunch or dinner during the holidays, panettone cups represent a brilliant and certainly appreciated solution. Here’s how to make them in 10 minutes.

Preparation Cups of panettone with cream

  1. Cut the panettone slices with round molds to obtain discs of the same diameter as the glass / cup in which you will serve the dessert.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff peaks. Prepare a syrup with the water and sugar. Once ready, turn off the heat and add the liqueur.
  3. Assemble the dessert. Place the first disc of panettone on the bottom of the glass and sprinkle it with a little syrup of liqueur. Cover with a layer of cream, then with a layer of pomegranate grains.
  4. Continue with the panettone soaked in the syrup, again cream and complete with the pomegranate grains and orange peel.

Keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours, then serve.

 

Variant Cups of panettone with cream

A super delicious variant are the panettone and cream with Nutella cups. Replace it with fruit and complete with chocolate flakes.
