INGREDIANTS

  • 16 slices of bread , preferably baguettes
  • tablespoons fresh ricotta
  • aged ricotta in flakes
  • 16 tsp hot pepper jam

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make 16 slices of bread from a baguette and toast them.
  2. Spread the hot pepper jam on each slice and place the fresh ricotta previously mashed with a fork on 8 slices.
