CROUTONS WITH BROCCOLI
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 100 gr cooked ham
- 1 mozzarella cheese
- sliced bread
- hot pepper
- Blanch the broccoli in boiling water and drain it.
- Brown them in a pan with a little oil, a pinch of salt and a little hot pepper. Leave them to flavor.
- Cut the bread into slices and put on each slice a slice of mozzarella, the cooked ham and finally a little broccoli.
- Arrange the stuffed croutons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
- Serve them hot.
