CHUNKS OF CARPACCIO

A simple and effective recipe. Based on the size of the meat slices, the largest or smallest slices will result.

INGREDIANTS

  • 500 gr long cut of beef
  • 100 gr rocket
  • 150 gr montasio
  • tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the meat into thin slices. Roll it out on a shelf and season with salt and pepper a layer of previously washed and dried rocket with thin slices of Montasio cheese. Wrap everything up to form a cylinder.
  2. Cut the cylinder into slices about one centimeter thick. Make up the plate, pour a drizzle of oil. And serve (raw version).
  3. Or heat the oil in a pan and fry the carpaccio slices over high heat for about 10 minutes, if you want you can stop the slices with a toothpick or stick them on a skewer three or four at a time.
  4. Serve the carpaccio in a single serving dish in the cooked or raw version to your liking.
