CHICKEN WITH ARTICHOKES

Simple and tasty dish.

INGREDIANTS

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 100 gr of diced bacon
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • frozen artichokes or in oil
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 glass of white wine

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
  2. In a pan, sauté the bacon and the chopped garlic in the oil, add the chicken breast and the artichokes into strips.
  3. Add the parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Add the wine and finish cooking.
