Simple and tasty dish.
INGREDIANTS
- 1 chicken breast
- 100 gr of diced bacon
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
- frozen artichokes or in oil
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 glass of white wine
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
- In a pan, sauté the bacon and the chopped garlic in the oil, add the chicken breast and the artichokes into strips.
- Add the parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Add the wine and finish cooking.
