CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH MUSTARD SAUCE

INGREDIANTS

  • 500 gr chicken breast cut into cubes
  • melted butter
  • 100 gr crumbled cornflakes
  • tsp dried thyme
  • tsp dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 180 ml sour cream
  • tablespoons old -fashioned mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees and cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the crumbled cornflakes with thyme, oregano and salt.
  3. Dip the chicken nuggets first in the melted butter and then in the cornflakes.
  4. Spread them on the plate and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing the sour cream with the mustard.
  6. Serve the morsels on a serving dish with the mustard aside in a small bowl.
