  4. 1/6 cup of granulated sugar
  5. ½ teaspoon of unflavoured gelatin
  6. 1 tablespoon of cold water
  7. ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  8. 1/8 teaspoon of banana flavoring

  1. 2 eight-ounce packages of cream cheese
  2. 1 cup of granulated sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. ¾ cup of sour cream
  5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  6. 1/8 teaspoon of banana flavoring

  1. 3 ounces of Nilla wafers or ½ cup of it
  2. 1/8 cup of butter in the melted form

1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2) Pour the mixture back into pan and heat over a low flame with constant for about 8 minutes until the mixture is thickened.

3) Now take cold water in a bowl and dissolve the gelatin into it then after 1 minute adds it to the Bavarian cream and mix well with the help of an electric mixture along with vanilla extract and banana flavoring.

4) Chill the Bavarian cream for 1 hour and then apply at the top of the cheesecake.

Combine all the ingredients for the topping except the banana slices. Then Beat with an electric mixture until the cream forms stiff peaks. Then, Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
