CHEESECAKE AND WALNUTS
- 100 gr gorgonzola
- 200 gr robiola
- 80 gr goat cheese
- 150 gr mascarpone
- shelled walnuts
- Mix the four cheeses until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Place the mixture on a serving dish and form a cake.
- On the sides garnish the whole walnut kernels. Serve well chilled.
