CARAMELIZED PUMPKIN PICKLED IN WHITE WINE
It is a very good appetizer! Seeing is believing.
- 1 pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- frying oil
- Cut the pumpkin into rectangles of about 1 cm.
- Heat a pan with oil well.
- Fry the pumpkin and set it aside on a serving dish.
- In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the white wine vinegar.
- Sprinkle the pumpkin with the caramelized sugar and vinegar and let it cool.
