INGREDIANTS

  • 1 pumpkin
  • tablespoons sugar
  • tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • frying oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the pumpkin into rectangles of about 1 cm.
  2. Heat a pan with oil well.
  3. Fry the pumpkin and set it aside on a serving dish.
  4. In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the white wine vinegar.
  5. Sprinkle the pumpkin with the caramelized sugar and vinegar and let it cool.
