An excellent and fresh appetizer.

INGREDIANTS

  • 4 red tomatoes
  • Genoese pesto
  • stracciatella mozzarella
  • basil leaves
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take low and wide glass glasses and put the mozzarella flakes in the bottom seasoned with a little extra virgin olive oil and pepper.
  2. Add the pesto and finally the diced tomatoes seasoned with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Garnish with basil leaves.
