  • slices of homemade bread
  • 4 Abruzzo sausages
  • 150 gr squaquerone

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast the slices of bread in the oven.
  2. Cook the sausages with a little water in a pan, then brown them a little.
  3. Spread the crumbled sausages on the slices of bread and cover with the squaquerone.
