  • For the sticks
  • 250 gr puff pastry
  • 350 gr ground beef pulp
  • 2 egg
  • 1 shallot
  • tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of ginger powder
  • tsp coriander seeds
  • tsp paprika
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • For the sauce
  • 250 gr crescenza
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 shallot
  • mint leaves
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt


  1. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil, add the browned meat for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the cinnamon, ginger, coriander, paprika, salt and pepper, beat the eggs and mix the spices with them.
  3. Add everything to the meat and sauté on the fire for two minutes.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and make squares of about 10 cm and put a teaspoon of seasoning in the center: roll it up tightly closing the sides and fry everything in olive oil until the pastry is brown in color.
  5. Blend the crescenza, cucumber, shallot, 4 mint leaves, half a lemon and salt.
  6. Drain well and serve accompanied by the cream cheese obtained.
