In this recipe the memories of the grandmother are combined with a pinch of imagination

INGREDIANTS

  • 200 gr bread
  • 4 – 5 whole eggs
  • parsley leaves
  • 50 gr Parmigiano Reggiano

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, parsley and salt in a bowl, mix everything into flattened meatballs.
  2. Press a parsley leaf on each meatball and pass in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the meatballs placing them first on the parsley side.
