In this recipe the memories of the grandmother are combined with a pinch of imagination
- 200 gr bread
- 4 – 5 whole eggs
- parsley leaves
- 50 gr Parmigiano Reggiano
- Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, parsley and salt in a bowl, mix everything into flattened meatballs.
- Press a parsley leaf on each meatball and pass in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry the meatballs placing them first on the parsley side.
