A dish with few ingredients, simple to prepare, light and rich in taste. Perfect as an aperitif but also as a rich main course to accompany a fresh side dish, these baked Ricotta Meatballs are also perfect for those who follow a vegetarian diet .

  • 500 gr ricotta
  • 100 gr breadcrumbs
  • 100 gr grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • tablespoons parsley
  • salt
  • nutmeg

  1. Mix all the ingredients indicated. Since ricotta is sometimes very soft, the quantity of bread and grated Parmesan cheese may vary slightly.
  2. Shape into meatballs, put in an oiled pan or with parchment paper and bake at 160c for about 20 minutes, until golden.
  3. Remove from the oven and serve the Ricotta Meatballs.
