APPETIZER OF FIGS, RICOTTA AND CARROT JAM AND HOT PEPPERS

A delicious appetizer or a different and original dessert.

INGREDIANTS

  • 10 ripe green figs
  • tablespoons sheep’s milk ricotta
  • carrot jam and hot peppers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wipe the figs with a damp cloth.
  2. Mix the pulp of 2 well-crushed or chopped figs with a knife with 2 tablespoons of ricotta.
  3. Cut 8 figs in two and place the mixture of fig pulp and ricotta on top.
  4. Decorate with the carrot jam and hot peppers, adding a 1/2 teaspoon to each half fig.
  5. Serve immediately.
