Delicious cheese made from almond milk, which you can use to make many desserts or eat it spread on bread. Rich in calcium, minerals and vitamins.


  • liter organic almond milk (or homemade)
  • 4-5 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
  • tablespoons of spring water


  1. Put the almond milk in a pan, turn off the heat as soon as it is about to boil.
  2. Add the vinegar and water, mix well, cover with a cloth and lid.
  3. Let it sit for 30 minutes or more.
  4. At this point, use a fuscella and a loosely woven cloth, pour in the almond flakes, drain the whey that has formed.
  5. Pour the mixture or cheese into a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
  6. Eat it with what we like best, spread on bread or eat it like that.
